Place was clean and ideal! Appreciated staying at the king room. A microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and fridges were available. The setting was excellent, not far from airports, retail or malls and all major shopping destinations.

All the staff members are efficient and excellent co-operating. The building is very good and the rooms are excellent sized with a bathtub, many channels, for instance. It offers great services.

This hotel has spacious rooms with a bathtub, offers cookies, and has parking nearby, plus it's conveniently located in the center.

The bathroom in the accessible room was not truly accessible, with no bars on the side of the toilet and a small shower that wasn't wheelchair-friendly. However, the front desk staff tried their best to accommodate our needs by providing a shower bench.

There was limited parking available, making it difficult to find a spot. The overall maintenance of the rooms was poor.

Conveniently located close to the airport, Niagara Falls, and stores, making it easy to get around. 🛍️ Also, it's a short distance from the Amtrak station, and the rooms come with a nice bathtub for relaxation after a long day out.
